Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and industry-specific health and safety legislation. Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and certification processes. Maintain compliance with legislation and standards including HASWA, COSHH, RIDDOR, PUWER, and other applicable regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to management teams on all health and safety matters. Risk Management Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement effective control measures. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence. Monitor and analyse safety performance metrics and KPIs.
