Group Health and Safety Coordinator

You can be based at our Nottingham, Guernsey or Whiteley offices - 2-3 days a week onsite. In this important role, you''ll play a key part in strengthening our Group and Global Health and Safety frameworks, helping to keep our colleagues, partners and workplaces safe while supporting a business that continues to grow and evolve around the world. Working closely with our Group Health and Safety Manager and wider Global Risk team, you''ll help coordinate and enhance Health and Safety activities across multiple regions. From monitoring compliance activities and coordinating reporting to tracking actions and supporting key governance processes, you''ll play an important role in ensuring our health and safety management system remains effective, providing the visibility and oversight needed to manage risk effectively. You''ll also play a valuable role in analysing trends, supporting incident follow-up, maintaining dashboards and sharing good practice across the business, helping to drive continuous improvement every step of the way.
