London based - hybrid 1-2 days in office a week £120000 - £130000 This is a high-profile leadership opportunity offering the chance to shape and modernise a global HR service delivery model while leading a significant transformation agenda. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a global HR Shared Services function operating across multiple international service hubs. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day effectiveness of HR service delivery and the strategic transformation of HR operations, processes, technology and payroll services. This role combines operational leadership, change management and strategic planning, making it ideal for a senior leader who can balance business transformation with service excellence.
