Description Reporting into the MD, as Group Head of Finance responsibilities will include: Lead the finance function across UK and European entities, ensuring robust financial controls, governance and compliance. Prepare and review accurate monthly management accounts and month-end reporting packs, delivering insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. Oversee the timely production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for all group entities. Take ownership of statutory accounts preparation and coordinate year-end audits, acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors. Manage and submit all indirect tax reporting, including VAT returns, CIS returns and associated compliance requirements.
