Senior Group FPandA ManagerSalary: 60,000 per annumLocation: LondonWorking Pattern: HybridContract: PermanentThe OpportunityWe are working with a well-established international charitable organisation to recruit a Senior Group FPandA Manager to join its Group Finance function in London.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across a complex, international organisation. Reporting to the Head of Group FPandA, you will oversee group-level financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, providing meaningful financial insight to senior leadership and trustees.You will work closely with finance teams across multiple regions and business areas, ensuring accurate, consistent and high-quality management information. The role will also involve driving improvements to financial processes, reporting tools and forecasting methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of monthly management information, including profit and loss reporting, cash flow forecasts and financial performance reviews.Oversee annual budgeting, quarterly business reviews, long-range planning and monthly reforecasting across the organisation.Produce and review financial reports, presentations and analysis to support senior leadership and board-level decision-making.Lead detailed variance analysis, financial KPI reporting and performance reviews, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.Monitor ..... full job details .....
