Group Financial Reporting Manager

The company is seeking a proactive, adaptable professional who can contribute immediately while developing into a broader finance leadership role over time. The position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, private equity reporting, statutory reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.The RoleThe role focuses on three key areas:Group Reporting and ConsolidationSupport monthly group consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end reporting.Prepare management reports, including balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis, and commentary for senior management.Validate financial data from the ERP system and collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy.Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting packs.Statutory, Audit and Investor ReportingPrepare statutory reporting schedules, disclosures, and reconciliations under IFRS and UK GAAP.Support technical accounting assessments and documentation for complex transactions.Assist with external audits through preparation of audit files and responses to auditor queries.Contribute to board and investor reporting, providing financial analysis and performance insights.Controls and Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve reporting ..... full job details .....
