Group Financial Reporting ManagerOur L+P client is looking for a highly skilled Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their tam on a 4 months initial contract.CANDIDATES MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START BEGINNING OF JANUARYKey responsibilities include:Lead the production and analysis of IFRS and regulatory reporting for the Group, including managing of consolidation processesCoach and review outputs of team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring accuracy in external reportingProviding insightful analysis into the Group''s reported results across IFRS and Solvency II under a range of KPIsPreparation of accounting position papers for external audit, and documentation of key accounting judgements and estimates for the Board Audit CommitteeTaking responsibility for a robust control environment, overseeing the operation of controls over reporting processes, review and challenge of divisional submissions and the team outputsDriving continuous process improvement with respect to both quality and efficiency in the Group''s reporting processesManaging key stakeholder relationships, such as with life company finance teams, Investor Relations, Group FPandamp;A, and the external auditors.
