OverviewOne of the UK\''s most successful brands is seeking to bolster finance by recruiting a lead in the Group FPandA function. This role provides an impressive range of FPandA activities and supports the business across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas. Following strong results for 2024/25, the company is continuing to grow and is hiring a key FPandA leader to shape the strategy beyond 2026.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of all aspects of FPandA, driving improvements in group FPandA, financial reporting and projects.

Provide insight on key brands within the group and partner with executive stakeholders, delivering storytelling analysis and technical improvements across the division and wider group.

Forge and maintain long-term relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders and maintain high standards of work to drive the group to the next level.

Work with a high-performing team under an experienced senior leadership team and gain exposure to all areas of the business.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with circa 3-5 years PQE minimum with experience in FPandA, group or senior analysis roles.

Hands-on, initiative-taking and capable of balancing a variety of duties across finance.

Strong relationship-building skills with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Ambition to influence strategic decision-making within the group.
