Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the finance team, promoting high performance and continuous improvement. Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and Group reporting. Manage the year-end process, statutory accounts, and external audit. Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and working capital. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Deliver commercial analysis and financial insight to support business performance. Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability and decision-making.
