Our client is continuing to grow and evolve through acquisition, so now is the perfect time to be joining! This isn''t simply a role focused on producing the numbers! You''ll take ownership of financial control across the Group, lead and develop a multi-site finance team and play a central role in integrating acquired businesses, strengthening the control environment and improving how finance operates across the organisation. What will you actually own?: Reporting to the Director of Group Finance you''ll have four direct reports across two locations and a broad Group remit covering: Financial control and management reporting across multiple Group entities Full ownership of the Group balance sheet and control environment Finance integration of acquired businesses - aligning systems, processes and controls Leadership and development of a multi-site finance team Audit readiness, VAT, tax and statutory compliance Cash flow forecasting, banking and treasury Intercompany accounting and foreign exchange Support across ..... full job details .....
