This opportunity offers you the chance to work closely with senior management, oversee multi-company and multi-currency consolidations.Responsibilities of the Group Financial Controller:Provide guidance and support to group accounting staff while liaising regularly with senior management teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.Prepare and review comprehensive UK and Group financial reports and analysis, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all stakeholders.Attend to all aspects of Group annual accounts including consolidation processes and audit coordination, maintaining high standards of compliance.Conduct thorough reviews of financial procedures, contracts systems, and recommend improvements where necessary to enhance efficiency.Ensure strict compliance with regulatory bodies regarding finance, contracts, data protection, money laundering, ONS reporting, and ISO requirements as applicable.Work diligently in accordance with legal and statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures to uphold organisational integrity.Assist with the implementation of quality systems and workplace health and safety measures across the finance function.Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for the UK company and review intercompany billings to ..... full job details .....
