Group Financial Controller Location: Staffordshire / West Midlands Salary: £100,000 + benefits A leading business is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to join its finance leadership. This is a high-profile role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-entity business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely group reporting, overseeing consolidation activities, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring the highest standards of financial governance and compliance. Group Financial Controller Responsibilities: Reporting into the Group Finance leadership team, key responsibilities will include: Producing and analysing monthly group financial results, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities. Preparing insightful financial and performance reports for senior management and executive stakeholders. Managing the annual budgeting process and supporting strategic planning activities. Leading the monthly forecasting process, including capital expenditure planning and cash flow analysis. Ensuring the integrity and consistency of financial information submitted across multiple business units. Maintaining and developing accounting policies, procedures and internal control frameworks.
