Manage and oversee all group financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and management accounts.Develop and maintain robust financial controls and processes across the organisation.Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making at the senior leadership level.Ensure tax compliance and manage relationships with external auditors and advisors.Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions to optimise financial performance.Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department.The Successful Applicant

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and strong technical knowledge.Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance within the financial services industry.Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to support business growth.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders.What''s on Offer
