Group Financial Controller

The company is based in Warwickshire and the role will be office based. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you''ll play a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes and supporting the continued growth of a multi-entity business. We''re particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have developed their finance career within larger, structured organisations and are now looking for their first or second Financial Controller-level position. The Role Key responsibilities will include: Leading the month-end close process and ensuring timely, accurate reporting Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls Reviewing and analysing PandL, balance sheet and cashflow performance Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and annual audits Driving process improvements and standardisation across the finance function Supporting budgeting, forecasting and working capital management Partnering with operational stakeholders across the business Developing and supporting members of the finance team Assisting with finance systems and continuous improvement initiatives About You We are keen to hear from candidates with: ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualification (or strong ..... full job details .....
