Group Financial Controller

Your new company A rapidly growing, internationally recognised business is seeking an experienced Group Finance leader to join its senior finance team. This is a highly visible role offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive finance excellence across a complex global organisation. Your new role Key responsibilities will include: Leading the Group annual audit process and managing relationships with external auditors. Overseeing statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Managing Group cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting. Coordinating UK tax compliance and working closely with overseas advisers on international tax filings. Delivering SECR and other regulatory reporting requirements. Leading transfer pricing compliance, maintaining intercompany agreements and strengthening governance across global operations. Driving robust balance sheet control, reconciliations and financial risk management. Managing and developing finance teams across both the UK and India. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted adviser on financial matters. Leading ad hoc projects, commercial analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Streamlining processes, enhancing controls and reducing month-end reporting timelines through systems and process improvements.
