Group Financial Controller

Gleeson Recruitment Group are exclusively partnering with a high-growth, private equity backed manufacturing business to recruit a Group Financial Controller. This is a key leadership role, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape financial processes within a dynamic, multi-site environment.Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function, lead and develop a capable team, and deliver high-quality financial reporting and insight to support business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operationsOversee monthly management accounts and deliver clear, insightful reportingMaintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirementsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementAct as the main contact for audits across multiple entitiesProvide commercial analysis and support strategic decision-makingAssist with system improvements, process efficiencies, and integration of new acquisitionsCandidate ProfileFully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a senior finance role within a group or multi-site environmentManufacturing experience advantageousStrong technical and commercial skill setAdvanced Excel and familiarity with ERP systemsConfident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approachWhy Apply?Senior role in a growing, PE-backed businessExposure to strategic ..... full job details .....
