Group Financial Controller

We are partnering with a private equity-backed, high-growth professional services group, based in Solihull, undergoing an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. With strong financial backing and an active MandA pipeline, the business is scaling rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth. As part of this journey, we are seeking a technically strong ACA qualified Group Financial Controller to play a critical leadership role in shaping a best-in-class finance function. You will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen, helping to scale the finance function while supporting ongoing MandA activity and post-deal integration. You will lead from the front, driving improvements in reporting, controls, systems, and processes, while building a high-performing team.
