to oversee global reporting, compliance, and financial control. This candidate will have experience of working within a global organisations. This role is integral to driving high-quality financial management across multiple entities, while leading and developing a talented finance team.Must Have Skills

Group Reporting and ComplianceLead group consolidations for management and statutory reporting under IFRS.Manage annual audits, internal controls, and compliance with international regulations.Take full responsibility for Head Office entity accounting.Tax and TreasuryOversee corporate tax compliance and transfer pricing documentation.Work with advisors on planning and optimisation initiatives.Lead treasury operations, cash pooling, cash forecasting, and covenant reporting to lenders.MandA and IntegrationSupport financial due diligence and integration of acquired businesses.Lead purchase accounting and ensure alignment of reporting post-acquisition.Systems and ProcessesOversee ERP (NetSuite preferred) and consolidation tools (e.g., Prophix).Drive automation, process efficiency, and ensure data integrity across systems.LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop the finance control team.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Candidate Profile

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong IFRS expertise.Significant experience in senior finance roles within complex, multi-entity international organisations.Multi-entity global environmentProven background in group consolidations, audits, and corporate tax.Strong treasury and cash flow management experience.Hands-on MandA exposure including due diligence and integration (desirable).Advanced ERP knowledge (ideally NetSuite).(Desirable) Experience in private equity-backed environments.Seniority level
