Group Financial Controller

SF Executive are partnered with a private equity backed organisation based in Gloucestershire who are seeking a Group Financial Controller. Reporting to the CFO, The Group Financial Controller will play a key leadership role in supporting the business through a period of change and growth. Initial objectives will be to support the design and roll out of a common ERP solution, simplify the legal entity structure and oversee audit and statutory reporting of the new enlarged Group structure. The role holder will also have significant interaction with the PE house, banks and external audit and tax advisors.

- Risk management
- Treasury & cash management
- Financial process improvements
- Company secretarial duties

The Group Financial Controller with be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) who has operated at this level within a group setting. You will be data and systems savvy with an innate desire to improve processes and create efficiencies. Experience within a private equity setting is highly desirable. This role is being offered on a hybrid working basis.
