Group Financial Controller

Anne Corder recruitment is working with an established, international business outside of Stamford to recruit an experienced Group Financial Controller.This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished finance professional to take on a senior leadership position within a complex, multi-entity organisation.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take responsibility for the Group''s financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring robust financial controls, regulatory compliance and effective financial management across the business.You will lead an established finance team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive improvements, strengthen financial processes and support the continued development of the finance function.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and develop the financial accounting team, creating a high-performing and collaborative environment. Oversee Group financial reporting, consolidations and statutory accounts. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital and financial risk. Lead the development and improvement of financial controls, policies and procedures. Oversee external audits and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders. Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
