The business has performed extremely well in recent times and they are forecasting further growth.An ideal opportunity for a recently Qualified (ACA) Accountant looking to make a step into industry, or someone with 1-2 years post qual experience looking for a more substantial role.Reporting into the Group Financial Controller and real exposure to the FD, you will have a broad remit detailed below.Key Responsibilities:The preparation of the Group and subsidiary financial statementsPrepare and review monthly group reconciliations under IFRSPrepare bank covenant reporting in line with Facilities AgreementMaintain external interest and hedging spreadsheetReview monthly divisional management accounts submissions and reconciliationsPerform ad hoc finance projects as and when requiredResponsibility for the company''s cash flow projectionsPreparation of the annual statutory accountsEnsure covenant compliance with compliance forecasting based on future budget and forecast requirementsResponsibility for the main operational banking platformsMaintaining operational banking relationshipsFX Treasury managementVAT compliance - Manage all UK and overseas tax ..... full job details .....
