As part of its strategic growth, the business is seeking a talented Group Financial Accountant to strengthen its finance function and support senior leadership.Your new role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take ownership of key financial processes and reporting across the group. Your responsibilities will include:Managing income accounting and controls across all homes and funding streamsOverseeing intercompany accounting, reconciliation, and settlementAnalysing staff costs and preparing accrualsSupporting internal reporting including PandL, cash flow, and balance sheetMonitoring covenant compliance and advising on risk mitigationLiaising with auditors and overseeing statutory accounts preparationManaging corporation tax packs and company secretarial dutiesLeading VAT compliance and optimisation, including inspectionsOverseeing balance sheet reconciliations and project accounting for new buildsDriving strategic projects such as acquisitions, system migrations, and process improvementsThis is a high-impact role offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the ..... full job details .....
