Statutory accounts as above

Trading updates and other announcements (if listed)

Tax

Prepare annual tax returns with tax advisors

Tax planning

VAT, other regulatory and Govt. reporting

The Person

Strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS and UK Tax

Account qualification (ACA/ACMA/ACCA or equivalent)

Ability to communicate at all levels and across all departments.

Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

High levels of attention to detail.
