The role will suit a commercially minded, driven, ACCA/ACA/CIMA nearly or newly qualified candidate who has a strong understanding of journals, stats and double entries. You will be mentored and developed on a day to day basis from an high-calibre ACA qualified Finance Manager. Responsibilities include: Preparation of statutory accounts and monthly board packsPreparation of monthly and quarterly covenant reportingMonth End Reporting to the Senior Management Team and the BoardAudit and tax queriesHelping with the budgeting and forecasting processPreparation of MandA budgets, completion accounts, earnout calculationsPost-acquisition progress reportingSupport the delivery of other ad-hoc projects as required Our client is looking for an ambitious technically astute individual, with strong excel and data management skills, with the ability to multitask whilst operating a number of simultaneous projects.
