Your responsibilities will include: Leadership and team development: manage and develop a dedicated finance team of four, providing clear direction, support and opportunities for growth to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial information. Management and group accounts: Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts for the UK entity and produce consolidated accounts for the wider group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting.
