Group Finance Manager £50k-£70k East Cheshire On-site Axon Moore is partnering with a market-leading manufacturer in East Cheshire to recruit a Group Finance Manager for a high-performing, globally operating business. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional to lead a small team, oversee group accounting, VAT, tax, and audit, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingDeliver variance analysis and commercial performance insightsOversee day-to-day finance operations, including month-end, VAT, tax, AP/AR, and controlsSupport cash flow forecasting and treasury activitiesCoordinate external audit and ensure financial complianceIdentify financial risks and drive process improvementsLead, coach, and develop a small finance teamPartner with stakeholders to support strategic business objectivesThe Candidate:ACCA / CIMA qualifiedProven experience in a Finance Manager or Group Management Accountant roleStrong technical accounting, audit, and tax knowledgeExperience leading and developing finance teamsERP systems experienceTo apply for this role, please follow the link below, and for more information call Moore. ..... full job details .....
