Working closely with senior management and supported by a Finance Assistant, you will take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow. Monitor performance against budget and investigate variances. Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliations. Review and support the work of the Finance Assistant. Oversee payroll reconciliation and financial controls. Monitor departmental costs, margins and profitability. Manage VAT returns and support year-end accounts and audit. Maintain strong financial processes and controls across the group. Support the implementation and ongoing use of Sage Intacct and integration with Opera PMS. Provide financial analysis and commercial support to senior management. About You P... Permanent
