Group Finance Director

SF Executive are partnered with a Warwickshire based projects and service business that has turnover approaching £200m We are seeking a Group Finance Director who will be accountable for the Group''s long-term financial health and growth, taking responsibility for all financial matters across all Group companies. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the successful Group Finance Director will undertake the following. Act as a key business partner to the GroupManage, present and make recommendations on all financial information to the Group Board and any related businessesLead improvement of the financial reporting pack, including developing financial KPIs and enhancing management informationProvide positive leadership to their team and extend to teams across the businessBe instrumental in helping implement new ideas across the business, ensuring that any challenges are fully investigated and understood openly and honestlyEnsure best practice is shared across the business and projects at all levelsEducate and upskill our colleagues on all financial aspectsDevelop internal relationships in line with the company''s visions and valuesDevelop and maintain external stakeholder relationships, role modelling the company''s valuesAny other duties required to achieve the overall company and team objectives The Group Finance Director will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or equivalent) with experience gained in project-led environments.
