The Finance Director will lead the financial strategy across the portfolio, improve management information, support major redevelopment, and enable growth through strong control and insight.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial strategy across the portfolio, ensuring robust financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Improve management information and reporting to support decision-making at executive level.

Support major redevelopment and growth initiatives with sound financial appraisal and governance.

Establish strong financial controls and processes to enable scalable growth and risk management.

Qualifications and Attributes

Qualified accountant with direct experience in the hospitality sector.

Strong people skills and the ability to influence across the business.

Confidence to shape change at pace in an entrepreneurial, owner-led environment.
