Group Finance Controller

Group Financial Controller Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home) £90k-£120k Permanent Lancashire A growing, PE-backed UK business is looking to appoint a Group Financial Controller as part of its continued growth and development. This is a senior, hands-on finance role with responsibility for Group financial control, reporting and governance across a multi-entity organisation. You''ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, while also taking ownership of the detail across Group reporting, consolidation, statutory accounts and technical accounting. The role You will take ownership of the Group''s financial control environment, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and strong financial governance across the business. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the monthly Group consolidation and Group reporting process Ownership of Group statutory accounts and year-end reporting Managing the annual audit process and relationships with external auditors Maintaining strong balance sheet integrity and financial controls Overseeing intercompany accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities Preparing and managing cashflow forecasts and supporting treasury activity Providing technical accounting guidance and resolving complex accounting issues Supporting tax compliance and working with external advisers Preparing reporting for senior leadership, investors and other key stakeholders Supporting financial reporting requirements associated with ..... full job details .....
