The Opportunity
We''re seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing business in the West Midlands. This is a highly visible role where you''ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive performance.
What You''ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering financial insight and challenge to support business goals.
Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring robust and accurate outputs.
Deliver meaningful financial analysis to highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
Produce and present clear reports to non-finance stakeholders in an engaging, accessible way.
Support key projects and commercial decisions with financial modelling and scenario planning.
Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and tools to enhance efficiency.
About You
Strong background in accounting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with several years'' post-qualification experience.
Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) or nearing qualification.
Excellent communication and influencing skills-you can build strong relationships and explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with complex data.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
