With over 230 operational interests across Great Britain and an additional 30 in Northern Ireland, this role is key to ensuring our estate runs smoothly, efficiently and in line with Landlord and Tenant obligations.The roleReporting to the Group Property Director, you will be a trusted advisor, a skilled negotiator, and a proactive Manager of key estate events and external consultants.You''ll manage day to day GB estate operations, provide property advice to dealerships, handle rent reviews, business rates, lease events, dilapidations, acquisitions and disposals.
