This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a company wide diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, driving meaningful cultural change and helping to create an environment where all employees feel valued, respected and empowered to succeed.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will lead initiatives that promote inclusion, improve employee engagement and support the attraction, development and retention of a diverse workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Programme DevelopmentDevelop and implement the organisation''s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEandI) strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.Design and deliver initiatives that foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.Review and enhance policies, procedures and practices to support diversity and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.Partner with senior leaders to drive positive cultural change and embed inclusive behaviours throughout the organisation.Recruitment and RetentionWork closely with HR and leadership teams to promote fair and inclusive recruitment practices.Develop strategies to attract diverse talent and improve workforce representation.Support the creation of development and retention programmes that encourage career progression for employees from all ..... full job details .....
