This includes business planning, financial control, accounts receivable and payable, management accounting, procurement, insurance, utilities, audit, risk management and IT. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive and operating as a member of the Executive Team, you will lead the Finance and Assurance Directorate while contributing to the wider Group leadership, helping to shape strategic direction, safeguard public investment, and deliver long-term value for customers, stakeholders and communities.
