Take ownership of traffic performance and hit site traffic targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Lead and inspire the Digital Marketing Assistant and Junior Social Media Manager, keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximise returns across channels. Communicate campaign performance against KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and recommending improvements. Drive customer engagement through optimised social channels, affiliate partnerships, display ads, and email database growth. Manage relationships with third-party partners to ensure maximum exposure during key events.
