This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a inclusion as part of our People First culture, develop equitable practices, and align Howden’s DandI strategy with its global business objectivesThe DandI Programme Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and delivering key diversity and inclusion (DandI) initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Group DandI Manager, this role will focus on embedding DandI into business processes, coordinating programmes, tracking progress, and driving engagement across regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of DandI best practices.Programme Management and DeliveryPartner with Group DandI Manager to Design DandI programs, partner with regional stakeholders to tailor initiatives to meet the cultural and regulatory needs of diverse geographies.Lead the implementation of DandI programmes, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s DandI strategy and business objectives.Design, deliver and manage key initiatives to drive forward our strategyDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of DandI programmes.Stakeholder Engagement and CollaborationSupport inclusive practices by collaborating with HR teams to implement equitable processes and strategies.Partner with learning and development teams to create training programs on unconscious bias, cultural competency, and inclusive leadership.Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to share best practices and leverage partnerships.Data and ReportingSupport data collection and analysis to track progress on DandI goals, working closely with People Analytics teams.Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to inform DandI strategies and interventions.Ensure compliance with relevant DandI-related regulations and reporting requirements.Awareness and Capability BuildingSupport the development and delivery of training and awareness programmes on inclusive leadership, unconscious bias, and other DandI-related topics.Create toolkits and resources to support managers and employees in fostering an inclusive workplace.Promote DandI events and campaigns across the businessSkills and ExperienceProven experience in programme or project management, ideally in DandI, HR, or a related field.Strong understanding of DandI principles, challenges, and best practices.Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decision-making.Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop and deliver content for different audiences.Experience working in a complex, global organisation is a plus.The kind of skills we''ll need… To be successful in this role, you should have:4+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, or a related field, with a focus on global or multicultural environments.Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives.Deep understanding of DandI principles, strategies, and best practices.Understanding of the difference of deliverable KPIs and impact KPIs.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to adapt messaging for different audiencesCultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat do we offer in return?
