Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?You''ll lead the commercial governance and assurance of strategic bids and tenders across M Group, helping to ensure opportunities are delivered in line with our business goals, risk appetite and profitability targets.Working closely with divisional teams, you''ll provide expert guidance on pricing, commercial strategy, risk management and tender governance, supporting high-value opportunities from initial identification through to contract award. You''ll review commercial proposals, provide market and pricing insight, and help maximise value and margin across our work-winning activities.You''ll also play a key role in developing best practice, delivering training, and embedding robust commercial controls across the Group.
