Group Commercial Director - Civil Engineering and ConstructionLocation: Essex and LondonReporting to: Group Managing DirectorPackage: 115,000 - 150,000 per annum + bonus + benefits We are seeking an accomplished Group Commercial Director to lead and drive commercial strategy and performance across multiple operating divisions within a growing construction and engineering group.This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for commercial governance, risk management, and value creation across the Group, working closely with divisional Managing Directors and senior operational teams. Role OverviewThe Group Commercial Director will provide strategic and operational commercial leadership across multiple civil engineering and construction divisions, ensuring consistent standards, strong commercial governance, and best practice in the management of complex infrastructure and construction projects. The role will be instrumental in shaping the Group''s commercial strategy across heavy civils, earthworks, structures, highways, and infrastructure delivery, supporting sustainable growth, margin improvement, and long-term client relationships across public and private sector frameworks and projects.
