With highly ambitious growth plans and a dynamic leadership team, our client is looking for a strategic and operational finance leader who will take responsibility for driving sustainable growth and ensuring financial strength and shareholder value creationAs CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring robust financial management. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the PE partners, you will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, risk management, and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of a vibrant business within a competitive and evolving industry.Key Responsibilities:Finance function leadership

- develop the function into a single effective and efficient finance team that delivers robust financial discipline for the businessStrategic leadership

- act as a key strategic partner to the Executive Committee, supporting the development and execution of growth initiatives and long-term value creation strategiesCommercial Insight and Decision Support

- lead the delivery of insightful financial analysis and reliable management information to enable smarter, faster business decisions. Apply commercial acumen to connect data with business context, offering forward-thinking advice that enhances profitability and drives performanceCapital and Cash Management

- drive capital allocation and cash flow management strategies that optimise liquidity, support growth, and protect financial resilience. Ensure the business maintains an appropriate capital structure and leverage ratio, while maximising returns to shareholdersTeam Leadership and Development

- build and develop a high-performing finance team capable of supporting rapid business growth and scalabilityKey Requirements:Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role within a sizeable consumer goods business is a pre-requisiteProven track record of managing PandL''s of £500m in a rapidly scaling businessExtensive international experienceMandA, integration and financing experience is a mustExecutive presence with the credibility to influence and gain the trust of the Executive Committee, investors, auditors, and financial institutionsExtensive FPandA, management reporting, and operational finance experience, ideally gained in a complex international environmentFor a confidential discussion please apply directly or contact me on
