Group Business Systems Data Analyst

Overview

A manufacturing client of ours on the outskirts of Colchester are recruiting a Group Business Systems Data Analyst to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience. This role reports directly to the Group Business Systems Manager.Responsibilities

Generate, maintain, and refine business reports using SQL and ExcelBuild and deploy BI dashboards and analytics toolsCollaborate with internal teams to gather and document reporting needsEnsure data quality through validation, cleansing, and issue resolutionPerform data import/export and automation tasks using SQL and APIsProvide first-line support for data and analytics queriesSkills and Experience

Strong IT experience with SQL, Excel, and at least one BI reporting toolAbility to hit the ground running and deliver dashboards/reports quicklyStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to translate data insights for stakeholdersExperience with Sage, Salesforce, or Qlik (preferred)Familiarity with Python/API for data tasks (desirable)Benefits
