Role Summary: Business Partnering role supporting the COO and the MDs to optimise all revenue driving activities (Marketing to Enquiry Management through to Occupancy) and all People related costs (Recruitment, Rota management/ladders, Staffing). This role is intended to be insight creating and action orientated to enable improved performance across the Group. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work in partnership with MDs to identify action plans to improve performance Proactively identify upcoming risks to commercial outcomes and/or service quality through analysis of marketing, occupancy and staffing metrics Leverage all available resources to join the dots across performance metrics and present data driven insights to decision makers.
