The Group Activities Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating community-based activities that support adults with mental health needs to increase independence, wellbeing and social inclusion. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for supervising and developing Group Facilitators, volunteers and students. The post holder will provide leadership, guidance and oversight to ensure activities are safe, effective and recovery-focused, while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
