PARAGRAPHS ONLY - NO BULLET POINTS - Explain the key responsibilities The Group Activities Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating community-based activities that support adults with mental health needs to increase independence, wellbeing and social inclusion. The role involves providing management support to Group Facilitators, volunteers and students, leading and motivating the team, overseeing service delivery, responding to complex casework issues, building partnerships with external stakeholders, and ensuring activities meet the diverse cultural needs of service users. The post holder is also responsible for staff recruitment, supervision, training, performance management and ensuring services are delivered in line with organisational policies and best practice What do I need to bring with me?
