Group Accounting Manager

NHB Recruitment are working alongside this listed construction company in their search for a Group Finance ManagerWe are seeking a newly qualified accountant to join the Group Finance team in a broad, high-impact role combining group reporting, statutory accounts, and finance systemsWorking closely with the Group Treasurer, you''ll support the half-year and year-end reporting cycles, while also playing a key role in improving how finance systems and data are used across the group.The RoleSupport and progressively take ownership of group consolidation (half-year and year-end)Prepare and coordinate a portfolio of statutory accountsAssist with group reporting in a listed, audit-driven environmentWork with divisional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial informationSupport and help develop the use of the COINS ERP system across financeContribute to improvements in data quality, processes, and reporting consistencyAbout YouACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Top 20 audit (ideally with some industry exposure)Interest in finance systems, data, and process improvementGood understanding of group reporting and statutory accountsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlinesAnalytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solvingConfident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the ..... full job details .....
