Groundworks Supervisor – Bourne, PE10

Location: Bourne, PE10
Start Date: 2nd November
Duration: 8 weeks, with the potential for temp-to-perm or permanent opportunities
Pay Rate: £25–£26 per hour

TSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a project in Bourne, PE10, starting on 2nd November.

The successful candidate will be overseeing groundworks activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS qualification.

• Previous experience supervising groundworks projects.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage site activities and ensure health and safety standards are maintained.

• Reliable, proactive and able to hit the ground running.

The role is initially for 8 weeks, with the potential for temp-to-perm or permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
