Salary: 250 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee operations on a busy Temporary Works construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising groundworks activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise groundworks teams on site.
• Manage daily site activities and workforce productivity.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with health & safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site management, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Ensure all temporary works are undertaken in line with approved designs and procedures.

• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS Gold Card (Supervisor)
• Proven experience supervising groundworks projects.
• Strong understanding of temporary works and site safety requirements.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• CSCS Gold card
• First Aid at Work certification.
• CPCS/NPORS plant tickets.
• Experience working on infrastructure, civil engineering, or utilities projects.
