Groundworks Supervisor

Groundworks Supervisors required to work on a major infrastructure scheme based in West London. This is a long-term opportunity on a flagship project, with works secured for circa 5 years and an immediate start available.

This role is suited to experienced, hands-on Supervisors with a strong background in groundworks and pipelaying. We are specifically looking for-Supervisors who can drive production on site, push teams to deliver, and take ownership of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day groundworks and pipelaying operations
• Driving site teams and subcontractors to meet programme and productivity targets
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Coordinating plant, labour, and materials on site
• Monitoring progress and addressing any issues impacting delivery
• Maintaining strong health & safety standards across all works
• Working closely with site management to ensure smooth delivery of the scheme

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Groundworks Supervisor, with strong pipelaying experience
• Background working on infrastructure or heavy civils projects preferred
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
• CSCS card required
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams
