Groundworks Supervisor

Hill McGlynn is proud to partner with a well-established residential contractor to recruit an experienced Groundworks Supervisor for a high-spec housing development in Enfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable individual to lead site-based groundwork operations on a busy and well-organised project.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all groundworks activities, including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and external works.

• Manage and coordinate site teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained.

• Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Groundworker on residential or civil projects.

• Strong knowledge of groundwork techniques and sequencing.

• SSSTS

• Valid CSCS card (gold or above preferred).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read technical drawings and manage a team effectively.

Role Details:

• Start Date: Immediate

• Location: Enfield 

• Project: Residential new build

• Duration: Ongoing

• Pay: £24 – £25 per hour
