We're looking for an experienced Gorundworks Supervisor to start on a long term project in West London 

Essential:

• Full Uk driving License 
• SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid 

Preffered:

• 3 years experience in supervising projects in construction 
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a competent and experienced Supervisor to oversee and manage subcontractors involved in various projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications
• Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans.
• Monitor and enforce all safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues
• Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
