This is an exciting opportunity for a 3-person squad that consists of a Ganger, Digger Operator and Groundworker/Labourer. Ganger Supervise and coordinate the groundworks squad to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Coordinate daily tasks and liaise with site management. Ensure work is completed to the required standards and within agreed timescales. Maintain site health and safety standards and ensure the team follows safe working practices.
